Maria del Rio

Diploma in Social Work and Graduate in Art History from the University of Granada. Doctoral course on Tourism and Sustainable Development by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC). International Master in Rehabilitation of Built Heritage (CICOP La Laguna). Postgraduate degrees on Fostering, Adoption and Post-adoption from the University of Barcelona.

 

University professional specialist in Advice on adoption matters, from the University of Valencia. University Expert in Family Mediation from UNED. She began her professional activity as director of art and culture spaces in Granada and Lanzarote (1984-1993). She worked on architectural heritage rehabilitation projects between 2003 and 2010. She taught in Secondary and Baccalaureate from 2010 to 2013. Since that year she has been deputy director of the José Saramago House Museum in Lanzarote.
